Customer Relations Supervisor
(Banten - Karawaci - Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
* As the front line of customer-related company in handling insurance
* As a liaison or a determinant in the maintenance of consumer claims
Requirements:
* Male / Female (max. 28 years old)
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
* Preferably Senior staffs / Supervisor which have experiences in related field
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Insurance companies as related positions
* Strong analysis & able to work in Team
* Accustomed to handling complaints
* Have an interests in Insurance
* Fluent in English
* Willing to work under pressure
* Prefered domicile in Tangerang or surrounding areas
* Applicants must be willing to work in Karawaci - Tangerang.
