Junior Accountant/Accountant

We are a Multinational Company in medical industry seeking for a qualified and self motivated candidate for the following position:

Junior Accountant/Accountant

Responsibilities:

* Establish accounting functions for Indonesia Office
* Oversee all accounting and back office operations.
* Preparation of audit schedules and month end closing report.
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, and finalization of accounts
* Prepare full set of financial reports and various adhoc reports to GM and Financial Controller
* Honest, Integrity and professional in handling daily operations
* Plan operational cash flows
* Manage accounts payable and receivables
* Must be able to liaise with tax agent, banker and auditor.
* Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations

Requirement:

* University Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) from reputable University majoring in Finance & Accounting
* Minimum of 2-3 years working experience. Those with audit experience would be advantage
* Good time management & problem solving skills, strong interpersonal & communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet dateline
* ERP knowledge on accounting software such as ACCPAC and others similar ERP
* Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
* Office location is in South Jakarta
