  • Manage to create a distinctive and enjoyable store environment of LensCrafters stores. This includes window display, product merchandising, instore promotion and in-store consumer communications
  • Maintain the store visibility and consistency among LensCrafters stores
  • Manage to reinforce LensCrafters' essence and identity in store level
  • Work closely with Merchandise Department, Operation Services and Regional Operations for the instore consumer activities
  • Manage, coordinate and supervise the outside agencies for production and quality control
  • Create and design the instore communication materials
Requirements
  • University or College Graduate in Marketing or Design
  • At least 3 years or above relevant working experience (in marketing communication or design) in the retail industry
  • Experience on fashion brands is an advantage
  • Knowledge in design and production is a plus
  • Language fluency: Mandarin and English
