we are looking for and invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team with proven skills in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives with base in Bontang:

SHIPPING OFFICER KODE (SO/IX/08)

This position will be responsible in preparing all the necessity for shipping and marketing activities which include:

* Preparing the required documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate from Surveyor, Certificate of Origin, and Customer, etc).
* To be present in the Shipping/Loading activity started from Vessel berthing up to sailing, and able to practice safe Shipping/Loading activity (as refer to the agreement which mentioned on “Laycan”, “Laytime”, quantity, etc, by doing communication with vessel crews from overseas)
* Supporting the preparation of required documents to meet the ethical code (International Maritime Regulation such as ISPS Code/IMDG Code, etc.)

If you meet this requirement:
* Male / Female
* Education
o Having Senior High School education with minimum 2 years working experiences on International marines company especially on Shipping activity and documentation, or shipping company, Trading Company/Surveyor, etc. or
o Diploma III on Technical/Business Administration/Management
* Having good communication in English in the scope of Writing/Reading/Listening/Speaking
* Having hard working habit as the job is mostly done in noon/night, or even during holiday when there is shipping and documentation activity.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
* Preferably having knowledge in custom, and regulation from Industrial and Commerce Department.
* Preferably having knowledge in Ethical Code/International Marine Regulation / International Marine Code (ISPS Code / IMDG Code).
