Requirements :

Qualifications :

* Minimum of 2 years project management experience in IT/ information system development, handling medium to complex projects
* University degree in Computer, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
* Understanding web-based programming like PHP, ASP, Java, XML, and Ajax
* Good knowledge of a Web 2.0 concept and technology
* Understanding telecommunication business model would be an advantages
* Understanding web-based security assessment
* Familiar and experience in software development using SDLC methodology
