Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing full life-cycle recruitment functions, identifying career paths of staff and becoming employee’s point of contact.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor degree in human resources management or any major.
- Has at least 3 years experience in human resources with multiple recruiting sources including campus recruiting, job fairs, internet sourcing, recruiting networks and ad placements is a must.
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills. Should be well-versed in interviewing techniques, has know-how in personnel policies and procedures, training and development programs.
