Requirement :
· Female, max.30 years of age, Min S1 from any discipline
· 2 years experience in relevant field in customer care service
· Experience in service industry telecommunications or internet service is an advantage
· Good knowledge about customer handling
· Disciplined and ability to work under stressful conditions
· Communication, interpersonal and co-ordination skills
· Confidence in english and with mandarin conversation is an advantage
